Niccole, a Newport Beach plastic surgeon, made headlines for giving his own daughter Brittani, now 23, breast implants. She was 18 years old when he performed the surgery. Then, a week before she turned 21, he also gave her a nose job.
Brittani Niccole, a makeup artist and model, went from an A cup to a C cup, and she was happy with the results, though she said she’s also thought about going bigger.

“I consider the day I got my breasts done one of the best days of my life so far,” she told The Register in November.
Niccole said he wasn’t nervous about operating on his own daughter. He’s performed plastic surgery on several family members, as well as office staffers, he said. (The latter includes “The Real Housewives of Orange County” cast member Alexis Bellino. He gave her a nose job last year.)
Niccole also gives Brittani, her sister Charm, who’s also 23, and their friends Botox, laser and radio frequency treatments. The Walters special showed a waiting room full of young women.
Though that shocks some people because of the women’s ages, Niccole describes the procedures as preventative. With relaxed muscles, their faces won’t become wrinkled as quickly as they otherwise might, he says, and the laser and RF devices stimulate collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid for skin renewal.
Many also have criticized the doctor for operating on his own family. Niccole brushes it off, seeing himself as acting in their best interests.

Last year, Walters came under some scrutiny in the media when photos of her signaled that she may have overdone injectibles. But the puffiness in her face seems to have subsided.
“I thought she looked darn good,” Niccole said.
